Empowering Women Through Self-Defense
Trauma-Informed Self-Defense Coach, Leslie Lew, saw a gap in the way traditional self-defense approached teaching women how to defend themselves. For her, it needed to be about more than just physical defense and technique to truly empower women and save their lives. Leslie’s holistic approach starts with who her clients are, what they value, their cultural/social identity and then gives them a game plan for protecting both physical and emotional boundaries.
